Junkie brother in China

February 16, 2006

A friend has a junkie brother. He writes the following:

I just received this message from my brother who is currently in China (don't ask why). Apparently, he didn't realize that you can't get junk in China.

im hella sick-im leaving china today for korea hopping to find the stuff i need to keep well.in the republic of china there is hope!never been sicker than this day.this place is dark and dismal but i did get to see the ruins of the famous poets.for that alone im greatfull. hope you guys are better then me.ill keep in touch.by brother.
Now, I know what you're saying: "Your brother is obviously a crazy, strung-out, freak ... so maybe he's not in China at all?" Well, as I understand it, he really is in China. Why would a person who is thoroughly addicted to smack get a passport, a visa, and go to a country where you get 20 years for possession of a reefer? Dunno. Makes no sense to me either.
I realize that normal people would be more respectful about their family issues and not air this shit in public, especially with their hopeless drug-addict siblings, but he has pissed me off to the point where I am just playing him for laughs now.
